Booking conditions

The client accepts the following conditions on making the online booking:

On making the online booking, you will be asked for the details of a credit card as guarantee of the booking. You will receive confirmation automatically by e-mail.
Cool Apartments reserves the right to rectify any erroneous rates charged to the client caused by an error of the online booking system. In this case, Cool Apartments will report the error within a maximum of 48 hours, giving the client the option of accepting the correction(s) or cancelling the booking made with no penalty of any type.

If the booking is cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the entry date*, the establishment will not make any charge. If the booking is cancelled or modified after this moment, or in the event of non-arrival (“no-show”), the establishment will charge 100% of the first night’s rate.
*In Cadaqués, from 27 June 2016 until 30 days before the entry date, the establishment will not make any charge.

There will be no penalty as long as the change is requested with 15 days’ advance notice. Otherwise, the terms of the cancellation policy will apply.

The check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00, except in Figueres, where it is from 15:00 to 19:00. After 20:00 there is a supplement of 25 euros. There will be no check-in after 22:00. The client must inform the establishment in advance of the anticipated arrival time. This can be done in the Comments section of the booking form or by contacting the establishment directly.

The check-out time is from 10:00 a.m. Please bear in mind that time is needed to inspect the apartment.

The bed linen and towels corresponding to the number of persons accommodated are included in the initial inventory: for this reason, we ask you to tell us the number of occupants when you make your booking. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils you may need. The water and electricity supply is included in the price.

Full payment for your stay must be made on arrival, in cash or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). The amount is non-returnable. Personal cheques are not accepted.

No types of pets are accepted.

Cool Apartments accepts no liability for any damages clients may suffer during or as a consequence of their stay in the apartment, including theft or fire. Neither does it accept any liability for any breakdowns caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as power cuts, failures of the lift or air-conditioning, etc., or misuse of electrical appliances by clients.
In all cases, Cool Apartments undertakes to solve such breakdowns as soon as possible.

The clients will be responsible for their own conduct and that of everyone accompanying them. If their conduct is not in accordance with the minimum standards of coexistence laid down in the contract, Cool Apartments may demand that they leave the apartment, with no right to total or partial refund of the price of the remaining days or any compensation whatsoever.
